Warranty Claims We stand behind our products and look forward to hearing from you, should a warranty claim arise. Should you ever need to contact www.advanced-water-systems.com regarding a warranty claim, please supply us with your original Order Tracking Number (or Order Date), your Account Number, the Product Serial Number if applicable, and a brief description of the warranty claim by submitting a returns form on our returns page. Should you need to return your water treatment system or product under warranty, we will supply you with a Returns Goods Authorization Number. No returns can be accepted without a Returns Goods Authorization Number, and our shipping department will refuse any items sent to us without this RGA number.
If
a water treatment product is damaged in shipment or an incorrect item
is shipped, we will issue you a full refund or immediately send a replacement
product. It
is important to contact a customer care specialist at office@advanced-water-systems.com.
