| "Calcite Blend Media"
- This blend contains magnesium oxide (from dolomite) and
will usually raise the pH from a low of 5.0 to 7.4 to 8.0. Depending
on the pH, alkalinity and serive flow rate, additional filter media
will need to be added periodically to replenish the filter bed. Typically,
more mag oxide mineral is added once a year for the typical home,
but more frequent service may be required. Care must be taken that
the backwash requirements are met, to avoid a cemented filter bed.

| "Polyglass Plastic Tank"
- Filter tank is NSF certified one piece seamless polyester
construction for long life. |
| "Twin tank"
- Automatically backwashes and cleans based on an adjustable preset
amount of water being used through the filter; no time clock, alternating
twin tank insures continual filter service. Do no tuse this type,
unless the service flow through the neutralizer is enough to trigger
a backwash at least once every 10 to 12 days. |
